Easy Returns

Looking at returning/exchanging your product? It’s simple. You have to raise a return request within 7 days of delivery of the product.

How can I raise a return request?

Please reach out to support@marwadibusinessmen.com within 7 days of order delivery. Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the request.

Who Pays the Shipping charges for returned products?

We offer a pick-up facility for locations which are serviceable by our logistics partners. Our logistics partner will pick up the return package in 2 - 5 business days from the date the request was placed. 

If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the products to us by any reliable courier service after raising a return request. Please pack the products and ensure that it is unused and unwashed and all the tags are intact. The return courier charges will be reimbursed by us.

How much time does it take to get my refund?

The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from the returns team once we received the product. The refund takes between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

Can I get an exchange for the products purchased on Sale/Offer?

Yes, Products purchased during sale/offer will be eligible for an exchange.

Customized Products/Orders

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect with the same. There will be no discount available for the customization cost for any product.

Facetime or Skype call Orders

Products ordered on Facetime or Skype calls cannot be canceled once an order is placed. There will be no discounts available on any product purchased on Facetime or Skype calls.
Products purchased on Facetime or Skype calls will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects with the same. Accessories are not returnable.

Refunds

A canceled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for a future purchase or a refund in your bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7-14 business days.
During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly. Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.
At no point in time, will Marwadi Businessmen issue refunds more than the value of the product.
